“Why do we continue to prevent people who wish to work on Sunday?” asked former French President Nicolas Sarkozy on 28 October 2008. The Fondation pour l’innovation politique responded to the debate sparked by the president by devising a poll whose originality lies in the fact that it asks a sample of French people who work on Sunday about Sunday working.
