In his 2004 Report on the fight against racism and anti-Semitism, Jean-Christophe Rufin noted the decreasing role of the extreme right in anti-Semitic violence and, conversely, the increasing role of a fringe of young people from immigrant backgrounds. Can the same trend still be identified today? To find out, the Fondation pour l’innovation politique put together an unprecedented study made up of three opinion surveys, carried out by Ifop.
- Anti-Semitism in French public opinion. 1st report (September 2014)
